Sweet Dreams Linen & Rentals provides Topsail Island vacationers with resort-quality linen rentals and dependable local service. The company has been helping guests enjoy more comfortable stays in Topsail Beach, Surf City, and North Topsail Beach since 2007.

Preparing for a beach vacation can be stressful, especially when it comes to packing enough linens for your stay. The goal is to make arrival easier by providing clean, high-quality bed, bath, and kitchen linens delivered with care and supported by responsive customer service.

Sweet Dreams Linen & Rentals is fully licensed and insured and operates year-round. The company takes pride in quality, cleanliness, availability, and professional service for vacationers, homeowners, and property management companies throughout the Topsail Island area.

For your convenience, we offer online booking and payment.  Same day delivery orders (or any order made less than 72 hours prior to arrival) cannot be placed online and must be made by calling our office.

Our Team

Our team has over 20 years of combined experience in the vacation rental industry on Topsail Island. We are here to make sure your next beach vacation is the best one ever.

Matt Smallwood manages the daily operations of Sweet Dreams Linen and Rentals. He is a US Air Force veteran and has owned and operated several businesses in the travel and transportation industry. 

Jacki Smallwood manages major accounts and the homeowner rental program.  She also serves as an Ambassador for The Greater Topsail Area Chamber of Commerce and loves connecting with other local businesses. 

Breana handles the social media and marketing for Sweet Dreams Linen and Rentals. 

Camryn works with our large-scale property management clients and helps manage daily operations.
