Sweet Dreams Linen provides Topsail Island Vacationers with Resort Quality Linens, Top of Line Beach Gear, Baby Equipment, House Accessories, and Fun.
We have been providing vacation solutions for Topsail Island since 2007. We understand that it can be stressful trying to pack everything you need to enjoy a memorable visit to Topsail Beach, Surf City, and North Topsail Beach. You can count on our professional team to provide the highest quality items for your next stay on this beautiful stretch of coastal North Carolina.
Sweet Dreams Linen and Rentals is fully licensed and insured, operating seven days a week year-round. You can expect nothing but the best from us in our products, delivery service, and customer support.
At Sweet Dreams Linen and Rentals, we emphasize availability, quality, and cleanliness for all our rental products. We use only the best commercial grade chemicals and are the only company locally that washes in 160o water. Our towels are thick and absorbent, just like you have at home. Comfortable, 300-thread count sheets ensure you have a good night’s sleep after a hot day at the beach.
For your convenience, we offer online booking and payment. Same day delivery orders (or any order made less than 72 hours prior to arrival) cannot be placed online and must be made by calling our office.
From linens and towels to boogie boards and highchairs, we have you covered. All you need to do is pack your swimsuit and your sunscreen for your next trip to Topsail Island.

Our team has over 20 years of combined experience in the vacation rental industry on Topsail Island. We are here to make sure your next beach vacation is the best one ever.
We answer all phone calls and emails, including after-hours calls, focused on providing the absolute best in customer service for vacationers, property owners, and property management companies.
Matt Smallwood
Matt manages the daily operations of Sweet Dreams Linen and Rentals. He is a US Air Force veteran and has owned and operated several businesses in the travel and transportation industry. He is also a proud father and grandfather.
Jacki Smallwood
Jacki manages our accounts that utilize our homeowner rental program. She also serves as an Ambassador for The Greater Topsail Area Chamber of Commerce and loves connecting with other local businesses.Â
Breana Yarbrough
Breana handles the social media and marketing for Sweet Dreams Linen and Rentals. She uses her creativity to post about our work ethic, drive, and quality customer service practices that make the company so special for Topsail Island vacationers.
Camryn Smallwood
Camryn works with our large-scale property management clients. She also coordinates the daily delivery and pick-up routes for all our customers. Camryn enjoys boating and all the local activities Topsail Island has to offer.
